Can you issue a Certificate of Insurance?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we are fully insured, covering General Liability, Auto, and Worker's Compensation, and we are a licensed and registered corporation in New York State. We have been approved to access most venue spaces in Manhattan and the surrounding NYC area, which often have strict insurance requirements. Upon request, we can provide a Certificate of Insurance (COI) to clients. To process a COI through our insurance provider, the client must have a confirmed reservation with a deposit and a signed contract. Additionally, we may need a Sample COI from the venue to submit to our insurer. The standard processing time for a COI is 2-3 business days once submitted.

Will the setup time be included in my three hours of service?

No, setup time is not included. If you book a 3-hour package, your photo booth will be fully operational for the entire duration. For example, if you book a 3-Hour MashSocial Package from 7 PM to 10 PM, our technician will arrive around 6 PM to set up, ensuring everything is ready to start by 7 PM.

Is there a required minimum activation period?

Accepted Answer

Due to economies of scale, all of our photo booth rental packages start at a base rate that includes up to 3 hours of activation. If your event requires a shorter activation period (e.g., 1 hour), the 3-hour rate generally still applies, but we may offer a discount based on individual circumstances.

Would your team be able to arrive and have everything set up a few hours before my service time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can arrive earlier; however, an Idle Time Fee applies whenever our team is required to arrive more than one hour before the service time.

What are the terms of your payment?

Accepted Answer

To reserve your date, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining balance can be paid at any time before the event.

How much space is needed for 360 Photo Booth?

Accepted Answer

We suggest a minimum area of 10 ft by 10 ft with a ceiling height of at least 8.5 ft.

Do you offer outdoor setup options?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can accommodate outdoor venues. However, to safeguard our booth and its electrical components while minimizing the risk of electrical hazards, we require a tent, suitable covering, or an awning in case of rain, strong winds, or other severe weather conditions.

What are the specifications for your power needs?

A standard 110V power outlet (10-20 amps) should be available within 25 feet of the photo booth setup site.

Do you provide unlimited printing?

Accepted Answer

We provide unlimited photo sessions during your event, allowing each attendee to receive one copy per session. If an original print is lost or misplaced, additional copies can be requested. However, a full second set of prints for the entire event (such as for a separate guest book) would incur an additional fee.

What are the dimensions of your photo booth backdrops?

Our standard backdrop measures 8x8 feet, but we also provide alternative sizes, including 5x7 feet, a curved 10x8 option, and full 360-degree enclosures.

How many people can fit in the 360 Booth at the same time?

Our standard 360 booth platform has a 34″ diameter and comfortably fits up to three people. For larger groups, our XL platform, with a 39″ diameter, can accommodate up to five or six individuals.

What are your accepted payment methods?

We accept all primary payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards, as well as cash, checks, wire transfers, ACH direct deposits, PayPal, and Venmo.

Our OpenAir Premier MashSocial package comes with a props trunk, bringing extra excitement to your photo booth experience! If you're reserving one of our attended booths, you can elevate the fun by adding a props trunk for just $75. While we can’t promise specific props, our trunk offers a lively assortment of hats, glasses, and other playful accessories. If you’d like customized props to match your event, we’re happy to accommodate your request for an additional fee based on your selected items.

How much time is needed to set up the photo booth?

Accepted Answer

Setup usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on load-in conditions and power accessibility. However, our technicians typically arrive about an hour before each activation to ensure everything runs smoothly. We guarantee the booth will be fully set up and operational by the start of your activation time.

How can I protect the security and privacy of my photos and videos?

To safeguard the privacy of all event attendees, only you, our client, will have access to the complete photo booth gallery. Photos and videos will be securely delivered to you the next business day via a password-protected online gallery. If event attendees request access to the full gallery, we will only share it with them upon receiving your written permission.

Question 17

Is there a cutoff date for making a reservation and payment?

There is no set deadline for booking and payment, as our booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we advise booking as soon as possible to avoid the risk of availability issues. Although we can't guarantee a reservation without a deposit, early booking increases the chances of securing a booth for your event.

Do you provide a Black & White Glam Photo Booth or an AI Photo Booth?

Absolutely! However, here’s something most vendors won’t mention: Black & White Glam and AI photo booths aren't tied to a specific type of photo booth or machine. These features are part of the software that the photo booth uses, and many vendors will advertise 2-3 different features as if they’re completely separate photo booths. For instance, our Open Air photo booth already has a built-in Black and White Glam Filter that guests can apply themselves, so there’s no additional cost whether you choose the Open Air or Glam Photo Booth.

What’s the way to access my photos and videos?

Accepted Answer

A gallery link with all the captured content will be sent to you one business day after your event, giving you access to your photos and/or videos.

Question 20

When is the right time to begin working on my graphic designs for print?

Accepted Answer

Once your deposit is received and your contract is signed, your project will be added to our graphic design queue. A designer will reach out to you directly via email or phone when it's your turn. Please note that we prioritize designs based on upcoming event dates, so if you don’t hear from our team right away, don’t be concerned. For instance, if your event is three months away, you may not be contacted until one to two months after booking. Our team carefully manages the schedule to ensure there’s enough time to complete all designs before your event.

Question 21

How can I make a reservation?

Accepted Answer

You can reserve by completing our booking form found in the top right corner of our website. After submitting the form, a contract will be sent to you for signing. Once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is paid, your reservation will be confirmed.

Question 22

Can I cancel my reservation?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you're able to cancel your booking; however, the cancellation terms are subject to our policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy in your contract or reach out to us for further information.
