Additionally, we may need a Sample COI from the venue to submit to our insurer. The standard processing time for a COI is 2-3 business days once submitted.

For example, if you book a 3-Hour MashSocial Package from 7 PM to 10 PM, our technician will arrive around 6 PM to set up, ensuring everything is ready to start by 7 PM.

Is there a required minimum activation period?

Due to economies of scale, all of our photo booth rental packages start at a base rate that includes up to 3 hours of activation. If your event requires a shorter activation period (e.g., 1 hour), the 3-hour rate generally still applies, but we may offer a discount based on individual circumstances.

Yes, we can arrive earlier; however, an Idle Time Fee applies whenever our team is required to arrive more than one hour before the service time.

Setup usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes, depending on load-in conditions and power accessibility. However, our technicians typically arrive about an hour before each activation to ensure everything runs smoothly. We guarantee the booth will be fully set up and operational by the start of your activation time.

To safeguard the privacy of all event attendees, only you, our client, will have access to the complete photo booth gallery. Photos and videos will be securely delivered to you the next business day via a password-protected online gallery. If event attendees request access to the full gallery, we will only share it with them upon receiving your written permission.

Is there a cutoff date for making a reservation and payment?

There is no set deadline for booking and payment, as our booths are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. However, we advise booking as soon as possible to avoid the risk of availability issues. Although we can't guarantee a reservation without a deposit, early booking increases the chances of securing a booth for your event.

Do you provide a Black & White Glam Photo Booth or an AI Photo Booth?

Absolutely! However, here’s something most vendors won’t mention: Black & White Glam and AI photo booths aren't tied to a specific type of photo booth or machine. These features are part of the software that the photo booth uses, and many vendors will advertise 2-3 different features as if they’re completely separate photo booths. For instance, our Open Air photo booth already has a built-in Black and White Glam Filter that guests can apply themselves, so there’s no additional cost whether you choose the Open Air or Glam Photo Booth.

What’s the way to access my photos and videos?

A gallery link with all the captured content will be sent to you one business day after your event, giving you access to your photos and/or videos.

When is the right time to begin working on my graphic designs for print?

Once your deposit is received and your contract is signed, your project will be added to our graphic design queue. A designer will reach out to you directly via email or phone when it's your turn. Please note that we prioritize designs based on upcoming event dates, so if you don’t hear from our team right away, don’t be concerned. For instance, if your event is three months away, you may not be contacted until one to two months after booking. Our team carefully manages the schedule to ensure there’s enough time to complete all designs before your event.

How can I make a reservation?

You can reserve by completing our booking form found in the top right corner of our website. After submitting the form, a contract will be sent to you for signing. Once the contract is signed and a 50% deposit is paid, your reservation will be confirmed.

Yes, you're able to cancel your booking; however, the cancellation terms are subject to our policy. Please refer to the cancellation policy in your contract or reach out to us for further information.

Could you kindly clarify the process for delivery and pickup of your unattended photo booth rental?

We will arrive at the venue approximately 45 minutes before your photo booth service starts to set up the booth. Our technician will take care of the entire installation process. Once the booth is set up and everything is ready, the technician will leave. After the event ends, the technician will return to dismantle and pick up the booth.
