Marcus Samuelsson has just opened his brand new restaurant StreetBird NYC, a diner dedicated to soul food in the heart of Harlem. 

With the interior design inspired by his famous restaurant Red Rooster, graffiti and hip-hop art surround the walls and the food combines a mixture of Asian, Latin and Harlem spices into one. This restaurant is nothing short of amazing when it comes to culture and flavor. Samuelsson’s goal is to connect the community with delicious rotisserie chicken and bring back the golden era of hip-hop.
